There's something fascinating about minutiae--I always get distracted by a bit of ancient neon in a battered old storefront--and this is just the coolest thing. Historians and oceanographers are using these old menus to learn what old marine life stocks were like and see how we've affecetd the world. It's brilliant. I love this stuff. I'll probably add more to this later on, but I wanted this up now.
