Oh, FFS.
Okay. I'd been toying with getting a fully paid account around here, and then I learned of yet another LJ idiocy: the Great Redirect Debacle.
I'm not sure I want to hand over my cash to a group that does things like this (intentionally or unintentionally--screwing up like this accidentally is just as bad as doing it on purpose). I've been looking into Dreamwidth, and I know some of y'all are on it as well. So: what do you think? Pros and cons when compared w/LJ? Worth coughing up the cash since any avenues I've chased up for a code have resulted in nothing?

Honestly, at this point, I'd get a Twitter account, link it to your Facebook, make occasional posts here, and be done with it.

I'm just not sure what I'd say on Twitter that's not...inane. I'm not saying other twitters are inane (though some are), I'm just saying I'd probably be. I suppose I should check into Twitter just to keep it awake...

I really need to chart out a calendar for myself so that I can remember to keep up with Dreamwidth along with all of the other things I am doing. :)
